Jehovah Shalom, Lord my God, You are the love of my life. You are amazing, magnificent, powerful and mighty. But Lord, I am struggling to control my emotions. I bow down before You, Oh Lord, broken, shattered and in pieces.
At this point, I feel so lost and helpless. As my heart cries out to You today, I humbly request that You heal the brokenness within me.
Proverbs 25:28 – A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.
Colossians 3:2 -Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.
Help Controlling My Emotions
Lord, can you help me to be still and rest in your peace? Often I act on my emotions. Please heal me from my anger, fears, sadness, bitterness, and help me to avoid toxic situations. Teach me how to walk in your Perfect Love.
Lord, my emotions have a major part to play in displaying my actions. I ask today that You help me to control them as they arise.
Anger, hate, jealousy, malice and pride will be replaced by Your warm and comforting love, peace, tranquility and compassion, as I step out today to execute acts of kindness towards others.
Romans 8:6 – For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace.
Proverbs 16:32 – He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty. He who rules his spirit is greater than he who captures a city.
Prayer for Emotional Stability and Peace
Oh Lord, I pray for Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding, to guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. Amid emotional turbulence, I desire Your calming peace to wash over me, steadying my heart, and bringing clarity to my mind.
When my emotions threaten to overwhelm me, I pray that Your peace would prevail, helping me to remain balanced and composed.
In moments of worry and anxiety, when the cares of my heart are many, Your word assures me that Your consolations can bring joy to my soul. I cling to this promise, Abba Father.
May Your comfort and encouragement fill my heart, displacing any negative emotions, and instead instilling in me a spirit of joy, contentment, and emotional stability.
Psalm 94:19 When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Displaying Self-Control When Tempted
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Allow me to display self-control when temptations draw near. Empower me to resist whatever temptations and tests come my way.
Make me pure, holy and true when Lucifer tries to intervene. Give me peace in my mind, body and soul so that I can remain focused on You and Your word daily. Let your Word be the bread that I crave and want as much as the air that I breathe.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Colossians 3:15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
Actions Speak Louder Than Words
Father, I know that actions speak louder than words which are controlled by emotions. So today I choose to have emotions that will bring only glory and honor to Your great name.
Allow I to follow the example Jesus Christ has set before me. And, as I follow in his footsteps, I would not allow my emotions to get the better of me, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen and Amen!
Romans 1:17 – For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “but the righteous man shall live by faith.”
Ephesians 6:10-11 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Life is complex, full of both joyous celebrations and heart-wrenching sorrow. But even in the midst of turmoil, we can find a deep and enduring joy in our relationship with God. It’s a joy that doesn’t depend on our circumstances but on the steadfast love of the Lord, who is always present, always faithful, and whose mercies are new every morning.
Father thank You again for speaking to me through this ministry. I really needed these last 2 prayers. Thank You for the peace & calming effect. I am the daughter of a King, no weapon formed against me shall prosper, every tongue that rises up against me shall be condemned.

Dear Heavenly Father I come to you today humble asking for your forgiveness father I ask for your peace ol father your peace because my thoughts can be over Whelming. Lord let not my heart be trouble! Help me to let go of the things that I know you have control over and I know you will answer my pray. Lord take away the anxiety I have over any situation because I know you are in control. Father I love you and I am so thankful that you continue to bless me even when I have little faith and turn away from you many times.
